INGREDIENTS

450g yogurt

2 tablespoons of honey

2 sprigs of chopped Groots mint

1 medium melon

PREPARATION

  1. Clean and chop the mint and mix it with the Greek yogurt and honey.
  2. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
  3. Cut the melon, remove the seeds and make small balls or cubes.
  4. Transfer the melon to a serving dish and pour over the yogurt sauce and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. We can garnish with some mint leaves on top.
