Greek Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS

225 g Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cucumber

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon chopped Groots Dill

5 leaves of Groots Mint

2 tablespoons EVOO

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the cucumber into small squares and set aside.

  2. Pour into a blender, add the Greek yogurt, the EVOO and the lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Add the garlic, dill leaves, methi, salt and pepper and blend.

  4. Pour it into a container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

  5. Serve with Greek bread.
