PREPARATION

  1. We cut slices of the bread of our choice and toast it.

  2. Cut the avocado and mash it in the bread with a fork.

  3. Add the smallest Daily Crunch leaves.

  4. Garnish with a few leaves of Groots Chives.

  5. Season with EVOO, Flor de Sal and Merkén (a spicy seasoning with a traditional Chilean smoky flavor) to taste.
